Payment and Refund Policy

TUITION POLICY

Tuition is billed once for a six-month lesson term at the time of registration. Payment by installment is available only for returning learners, allowing them to pay in two installments (half of the tuition upfront and the remaining half later). New learners must complete the full payment at the time of registration.

Classes will be automatically suspended if payment is not made within four (4) days after the due date. Suspended classes will be reactivated immediately upon payment confirmation. However, due to high demand and a waiting list, a suspension may result in the learner losing their lesson time slot and/or assigned tutor. Any missed classes during the suspension period will have make-up sessions scheduled.

Learners will receive periodic payment reminders after the payment due date. If, for any reason, you are unable to pay on time, please notify the management as soon as possible to discuss possible arrangements.

There are NO refunds for missed classes, whether excused or unexcused. Make-up classes may be offered as per the terms stated above. If a learner fails their exam and does not successfully complete the level on the first attempt, there will be no refund for the class time already taken.

All payments must be made through As-Surur Open Academy’s official accounts, as provided on the payment page of our website. Do NOT send money through any other means or accounts. Tuition fees can be paid once or twice per six-month term.

To ensure the smooth operation of our program, we kindly request that payments be made promptly and regularly.

NOTE: As-Surur Open Academy reserves the right to adjust tuition fees periodically.

If a learner quits, either by sending a message, failing to attend class without prior notice, or not responding to class reminders within two weeks, their registration will be canceled, and no refund will be issued thereafter.
